Getting started

I don’t want a website. Can I still use this?
Yes. You can simply redirect your domain to an existing profile (hospital, Zocdoc, booking page) or use a branded email with the Pro Identity plan—no site required.
How long does setup take?
Typically 24–48 hours after you share your preferences. We configure DNS, SSL, and optional email, and keep you updated along the way.

Pricing & Billing

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel before your next renewal. You’ll have 14 days to export content or request a domain transfer if eligible. See plans.
Can I purchase more than one domain?
Yes. You can add multiple domains to the same account. Add-on domains are available at $9.99/mo or $99/yr per domain.

Domains & Ownership

Do I own the domain?
The domain is licensed to you while your Doctor Identity subscription is active. If you decide to leave, you may request a transfer if the domain is eligible per registry rules.
What if I already have a hospital or Zocdoc profile?
Perfect. Use your domain as a clean redirect so patients can find you quickly—it reinforces trust and avoids name confusion.

Email Setup

How does the email setup work?
We create one branded address (e.g., you@drfirstlast.com). It can forward to your current inbox or run as a standalone mailbox depending on your plan and preference.

Pages & SEO

Can I create a one-page bio?
Yes. Pro Identity includes an optional one-page bio with your photo, credentials, contact details, and links—all under your domain.
Do you help with SEO basics?
We set sensible metadata and structure so your name ranks correctly and consistently across your owned domain and key profiles.
